How it works
- Say how much and what it's for.
- Share the link or QR code on Facebook, WhatsApp, or at your stall. One link takes one payment, so make a new one for each sale.
- Your customer pays from their wallet. You see it the moment it's paid on your links page, so you never have to check their phone. We send what you're owed to your own M-PAiSA or MyCash wallet every Monday, or as often as you choose.

Questions sellers ask
Do I need a smartphone?
Any phone or computer with a web browser works for making links and seeing what's been paid. There's no app to install.
What does my customer need?
An M-PAiSA or MyCash wallet with the money in it, and a phone that can open your link. They don't need a Transxact account.
When do I get my money?
Once we've checked your ID and you've told us which of your M-PAiSA or MyCash wallets to pay, what your customers pay is sent there every Monday, with the fee already taken out. You can choose daily, every other Monday, the 1st of each month, or only when you ask instead. For now our team sends each payout by hand, so it shows as on its way until it's sent.
Why do you need my ID and tax number?
Fiji's rules for payment services ask us to check who every seller is, and we read them as needing a tax number from everyone, not just businesses. So before real money moves we ask for a photo of your ID, your tax number and a photo of the card, what you sell and how people usually pay you and your home address, and our team checks them by hand. You don't need a business registration.
What if a customer wants their money back?
Refunds don't go through Transxact: neither M-PAiSA nor MyCash lets us send a payment back. If you agree to refund someone, you pay them back yourself, for example from your own wallet.
Is this Vodafone or Digicel?
No. Transxact is its own company, and it connects to both. M-PAiSA is a Vodafone Fiji service and MyCash is a Digicel Fiji service, so your customers pay with the wallet they already use.
